Not much to say
filed under: knitty
But lots of photos to post.
More Autumny yarn has been put up for sale in the shop. This one is called Harvest Spice.

This is the sweet potato yarn I mentioned last week.

I took photos of the works in progress that have been put on hold for the holiday knitting panic.
The wonderful shawl kit from Hello Yarn with Maisy Day’s yarn

The Devan sweater for the niece (will I finish before she outgrows it?)

And the perpetually unfinished clapotis

The good news is I finished knitting and felting the bag for my mother-in-law.
So now it just needs to dry and for me to sew in the lining.
Next: a scarf (and hat if there’s enough yarn left) for my dad knit in the muscadine wine yarn.

I looooove the yarn and I really love the bag!!!
Ok, so did the yarn pattern out that way, or did you do it with different colors? I LOVE that bag!
My Clappy is still OTN, too. Maybe after the holiday rush, we can get each other focussed on finishing it.
The bag is gorgeous! the new yarn is gorgeous. It’s all … gorgeous. I’m in awe, girlfriend, I can’t get the hang of plying yet. I think my singles are too overwound, for one and very uneven and sometimes too thick to go through the opening. :~(
Maybe we can get together again soon and you can show me how you do it.
